Team Members – Here at Sno-Good, We serve original New Orleans Style Sno-Balls, "NOT SNOW CONES!"
A Team Member has the primary responsibility of providing positive energy and a positive Customer & Team Experience, including ensuring all food orders are prepared to Sno-Good standards and working in various areas of the Food Truck (e.g., Front Counter, production line, outside of truck etc.)
Ultimately, a Team Member is responsible for upholding Sno-Good standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
The intellectual and physical demands described below are representative of what must be met by Crew members to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
Cleaning counters, floors, windows, and other areas of the Food Truck
Taking orders from Customers and processing payments efficiently
Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
Must be 17 years of age or older
Provide all Customers with quick and friendly service
Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
Work under pressure and at a fast pace and uphold
Sno-Good's expectation by balancing Working Hard and Having Fun
Take initiative and Comply with Company policies
